We are seeking an experienced, energetic and friendly full time Licensed Optician or Certified Optometric Assistant to join our busy optometry clinic in Kamloops.

The ideal candidate will have advanced retail optical experience as an optician or certified optometric assistant. Experience is required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Frame and lens selection
  • Dispensing and edging
  • Delivering legendary customer service along with perfect quality eyewear
  • Inventory management
  • Repairs and adjustments

The Successful Candidate offers

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving
