Red Deer Eye Care Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Optometrist to join our team, with an opportunity for partner/ownership for the right candidate. We are a busy 6 doctor, 3 location practice with offices in Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House and Rimbey, Alberta.

Our dedicated staff is highly trained, and the majority of them have been with us for more than a decade. We have a busy dispensary that generates high revenue with an in-house lab. We offer a competitive daily minimum or a percentage of gross production, whichever is greater. For reference, a recent graduate in their first year just earned >$200k.

We use Visual Eyes, Optos, Zeiss OCT and VFs in all offices, in addition to RF and topography in Red Deer. We offer full scope optometry in all three locations, with glaucoma assessments and treatment, macular assessments, specialty contact lens fitting, dry eye treatment and myopia control. We are open to expanding further areas of special interest for the right candidate as well. We have 6 exam rooms in Red Deer, 4 in Rocky Mountain House, and one in Rimbey, so we have the capacity!
