Vivid Eye Care

Vivid Eye Care is looking for a warm, professional team member who loves to provide a "wow" patient experience. Our team believes in relationships, growth, community support, and work-life balance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a receptionist to help patients see a lifetime of beauty through healthy eyes. Our multi-optometrist clinic is a full-scope family practice with an emphasis on state-of-the-art eye care, fashion-forward quality eye wear and personalized service.

While optometry, ophthalmology or optical experience is preferred, we will train someone with reception experience.

In this important clinic position, you will warmly welcome patients to our practice. You will be organized and detail-oriented, as you schedule appointments, invoice & bill Alberta Health, run insurance, as well as perform a variety of other admin tasks at the front desk.

If you enjoy working with people of all ages in person, on the phone, and online, please apply. Our clinic offers a wonderful working environment, professional optometrists, and a fun team to work with 3-5 days/week (we're flexible), which will include some Saturday and evening shifts. Since this is an expanding practice, there will be opportunities for professional growth and business building for all members of our cross-trained team. Our compensation package includes a bonus structure, health benefits, and training opportunities.
