Job Title: Optical Sales and Administration Specialist

Type: Part-time or full-time

Experience: Optical experience is mandatory

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills, including the ability to educate, recommend, and sell eyewear products.

2. Manage clinic administrative duties, including patient handling, appointment scheduling, record-keeping, insurance billing and reconciliation, inventory management, and product placement.

3. Perform basic optical diagnostic testing (training provided, experience is an asset).

4. Frame adjusting and lens edging experience is considered an asset.

5. Contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere.
