Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to multi-task, and enjoys working in a team setting? We have recently expanded our office and are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager for growth to join full time on our patient care coordinator team!

Mission Eye Care is a lively, customer-service orientated clinic. With both our optometry and medical aesthetic clinics growing, the right candidate will bring their skills and expertise to continue to foster growth and long-term relationships with our patients. Specializing in multiple unique aspects of eye health and care, we are committed to training all employees to ensure top of the line knowledge and care.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Greeting patients as well as checking them in and out
  • Answering/directing phone calls, text messages, and emails
  • Booking appointments
  • Coordinating patient care plans
  • Patient education
  • Insurance billing
  • Specialist referrals
  • Sale of product
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
